      As a Japanese descendant, persimmons are a staple in Autumn, it is even a signal that this season arrived. There are many persimmon orchards in rural parts of the cities colonized by Japanese people in Sao Paulo state. Persimmon make part of my childhood memories as well. When I saw this tree I couldn't help myself taking pictures. The tree is beautiful and the fruits are delicious... Autumn is a delightful season.
